Colonia Eilat, a new restaurant located on the southernmost point in Israel, near the Taba border crossing, in a beautiful complex in front of the stunning view of Eilat's south beach. Colonia, owned by Eyal Samurai, offers a rich menu with Mediterranean flavors and special local dishes. The dynamic menu changes on a daily basis depending on the available fresh produce. In addition Colonia hosts once a month, a special guest chef for a unique evening.
